Who We Are

SPI Healthcare, and in California d/b/a SPI Healthcare (referred to herein as the “Website” or [“ISPI Healthcare”) is the ecommerce division of our [Florida] -based company. Our team has experience delivering healthcare coverage and benefit plan solutions to consumers. We are a licensed agency and are appointed with A-rated healthcare carriers offering a broad array of healthcare products, as well as supplemental insurance and services.

What We Do

We provide you tools and resources and connect you to a licensed agent so that you can search, compare, find and apply for healthcare products. If you find a plan and decide to submit an application, we send your completed application to the entity processing your membership or purchase, which may be the carrier or its administrator. Be sure to read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for the entity processing your policy membership.

We are not an insurance carrier, so we don’t underwrite your insurance and we don’t process or manage benefit claims. The insurance carrier or benefits provider handles those services.

Existing Insurance Coverage

If you have found a healthcare product through SPI Healthcare, we are thankful that we were able to assist. Please be sure to be a mindful insurance and benefits purchaser. DO NOT cancel any existing insurance or coverage until you receive written confirmation from the benefits provider or insurance company to which you are applying that your new policy is in effect.

Content Ownership

We own our Website, our information, and our services. This includes, without limitation, text, images, software, graphics, button icons, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, logos and information that appear on our Website or are part of our services.

We may present information on behalf of or licensed from a third party. This third-party information is proprietary to its owners.

We welcome your questions, comments and feedback. Please remember that if you send us any creative materials, such as comments, suggestions, ideas, concepts, drawings, pictures, or other materials (collectively, the “Submissions”), you agree that the Submissions shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of SPI Healthcare. None of the Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of SPI Healthcare, and SPI Healthcare shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any of the Submissions. Without limitation of the foregoing, SPI Healthcare shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Submissions of every kind and nature throughout the world and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions. We can share those ideas without your consent, we do not have to pay you for them, and we may already be considering them. If you prefer to retain your rights, please do not submit your material.
